Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice
- 2-1/2 cups of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 bunch of scallions finely chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper finely chopped
Preparation
Make a sofrito with the olive oil, scallion, parsley and pepper. Add the rice, add the broth and cook to perfection, boiling it until the water is almost gone and then cover and lower the flame.
