• 1 cup Valencia rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 4 cups milk's cow
  • 1 can condense milk
  • 1 large cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon skin
  • powder cinnamon on top


Rinse the rice and soak for 1/2 hour. Add salt and boil at medium heat, cover the pan, cook until rice is soft. Add the cow's milk.Add the cinnamon stick and the lemon.Lower heat to min and start stirring for about 10 min. Add the condense milk.Continue stirring at low heat.When creamy, turn heat off.Serve in a bowl and add the powder cinnamon on top.
