Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 lib ham, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced.
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced.
  • 1 spanish chorizo, diced.
  • 1/4 green red pepper, diced.
  • 1/4 lb ham, diced.
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of cream of corn
  • 1/2 chicken stock
  • 1 spanish chorizo
  • 1 large potato, cut in small ;iecs
  • 1 large piece of pumkin

Preparation

Sautee the ham in the hot olive oil. Add the onions, garlic, and peppers. When soften, add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add the corn and the cream of corn, chicken stock, the chorizo, the potatoes and the pumpkin. Cook on med. high for 15-20 mins.
