Ingredients:

  • 1 6 lbs pork leg or shoulder
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 3/4 cups sour orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 onion, sliced

Preparation

Mash the garlic and add the salt pepper, oregano, and juices together. With a fork, pierce the meat all over and add marinade. Refrigerate 12 hours. Set the oven at 325 and roast for 4 hours or until an internal thermometer marks 185F.
