Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • 1 piece of green bell pepper
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • Salt

Preparation

In a food processor grind the onion, and garlic. Add the wine and add mixture to the meat - let it rest for about 30 mins. Cook in a medium size pan until meat is not red, add the bell pepper. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 15 mins. Add capers and raisins.
